For four decades, Joyce James has been a fierce champion of racial equity and justice. She began her professional career as a Child Protective Services caseworker and has established an impressive history in working to improve outcomes for children, youth, and families.
Dr. Vicki Lott
Vicki Vernon Lott has a Ph.D. in Education and more than 30 years of experience in education. At Southern University in Baton Rouge, she transitioned into college administration and at four more Historically Black Colleges and Universities at the vice-presidential level.
Nelda Frank
Nelda Frank is a health care professional with more than 40 years of nursing experience. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Baptist Hospital School of Nursing and Lamar University in 1974.
Maxine Jones-Robinson, MBA, MS, LBSW
Ms. Jones-Robinson has over 30 years of experience working with vulnerable children, youth, families and the elderly in a variety of positions. Ms. Jones-Robinson began her social work career in 1981 as a social worker serving the elderly and disabled residents in a nursing facility.
Kevin Bush
Kevin Bush is an independent racial equity consultant working with Joyce James Consulting since May of 2019. Kevin currently works in Education in the Dallas Independent School District. He has been working with inner city schools and youth since 2004.
Windy Hill
Windy Hill is an independent racial equity consultant. Before joining Joyce James Consulting in October 2013, Windy was a senior policy and program specialist with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission Center for Elimination of Disproportionality and Disparities.
