Keith Bostick

KEITH D. BOSTICK is a Proven Executive Leader Driven to improve outcomes for Children, Adults, Families, Communities and the Systems that Support Them.

A native of Savannah, Georgia, Keith has dedicated his life to improving outcomes for America’s most vulnerable populations through the changing of minds, hearts, and wills of people, their practices, and their processes. Keith’s motto is, “Families who need our help also need our HOPE.” Keith serves as the President on the Board of Directors for Black Administrators in Child Welfare (BACW), a national child welfare advocacy organization.

In his current role as Deputy Director of Broward County Human Services, Keith is responsible for the leadership and administration of multi-dimensional programs associated with innovative and integrated health and social services in Broward County, including oversight of 700 staff and a $200 million budget serving 2 million of Broward County's most vulnerable citizens.
